Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehousing Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse management and be committed to leading a team to success.

This role is based in Coolalinga.

Initially commencing as a casual full time employee, this position is expected to become permanent full time.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers to meet daily operational goals

- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of all items

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment

- Monitor and improve efficiency in warehouse operations

- Train new team members on warehouse processes and procedures

- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse management or team leader role (or as a senior team member)

- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures

- Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse setting

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- HEWL - Forklift required, with demonstrated experience.
